Before a piece is listed
Six checks, every time.

Serial against papers
The serial between the lugs is matched to the warranty card or certificate. A mismatch is a no.

Movement under the caseback
Opened and photographed where the brand allows. Correct calibre, correct finishing, no swapped parts.

Case and bracelet
Checked for over-polishing, replaced links, aftermarket parts and stretch. What we find is written on the listing.

Function and timing
Every function run; the watch timed on a timegrapher. Service history is shown if it exists, and stated as unknown if it doesn't.

Photographed by us
Dial, caseback, clasp, on the wrist, and any mark worth knowing about. The photographs are of the piece you receive.

Seen before you pay
Viewing by appointment in Dubai. For buyers abroad: more photographs and video first, then insured shipping.
Condition scale
Four words, defined.
Every listing uses one of these. If a piece has a mark, it is in the photographs and in the notes.
- Unworn
- Never worn. Factory stickers or protective film may still be on; full set unless stated.
- Excellent
- Worn with care. At most one mark you can feel with a fingernail; no refinishing beyond a light polish, stated if done.
- Very good
- Light wear visible up close: fine hairlines on case or clasp, none on the crystal. Bracelet tight.
- Good
- Honest wear: visible scratches or a small ding, possibly a polish in its past. Mechanically sound; everything is photographed.
- Where are you based?

- Can I see the watch before I pay?
- Yes. Every piece can be viewed in person in Dubai before any payment. If you are outside the UAE we send extra photographs and video first and ship insured.
- Are prices shown in AED?
- Yes. Every listing shows the price in UAE dirhams with an approximate US dollar figure next to it. There is no 'price on request'.
- How do you check a watch before listing it?
- Serial against the warranty card, movement under the caseback, case and bracelet for refinishing, date and function test, and a timing check. What we find goes on the listing.
- Do you buy watches or take trade-ins?
- Both. Send the reference, year and photographs on WhatsApp for a cash offer or a trade value against stock.
- Do you sell bags and accessories as well?
- Yes: Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton and other houses, under Accessories, with the same rule: real photographs and the price on the page.
- What if the watch I want is not in stock?
- Use the sourcing page. Tell us the reference and budget and we search our network and send photographs and a price before you commit.
