- You send a brief: house, model, reference if known, new or pre-owned, budget and timing. We search our network across the Gulf and Europe and aim to come back within 24 hours with real photographs and a firm price. Nothing is bought until you say yes.
- Can you source a new, unworn piece as well as pre-owned?
- Yes. Say which you want in the brief, or 'either'. Unworn pieces come with the full set unless stated.
- Is there a fee to source a watch?
- No fee to ask. The price we quote is the price you pay; it includes our work.
- Can you source bags as well as watches?
- Yes: Hermès Birkin, Kelly and Constance, and other houses on request.
